Key Responsibilities:

Design Engineer (PE, EIT, AE)

Whether you’re a registered Professional Engineer (PE), an Engineer in Training (EIT), or an Assistant Engineer (AE), this position provides the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects that shape the communities we serve. As a Design Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects while continuing to develop your engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will have a few years of varied design experience and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop civil engineering designs for a range of projects, including residential developments, commercial site developments, street improvements, and utility infrastructure.
Perform detailed design work for pump and tank systems, municipal utility master planning, and road infrastructure.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create and modify designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Prepare cost estimates, evaluate design options, and propose solutions to meet project goals and client needs.
Assist in producing and reviewing technical reports, design documents, and plans in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Assistant Land Surveyor

In this role, you will work alongside our Professional Land Surveyors, providing support on various civil engineering and land surveying projects. As an Assistant Land Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver precise, high-quality work for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveying and geomatics, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble software.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on county records, benchmarks, government corners, and historical maps to support boundary determinations and legal descriptions.
Assist in resolving boundary surveys and related issues by working closely with Professional Land Surveyors.
Prepare and draft Records of Surveys, subdivision maps, and various survey-related documents.
Create and edit technical drawings, legal descriptions, and plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Support field survey operations as needed, interpreting and processing collected data for accuracy.
Assist in preparing Records of Surveys and legal descriptions following local, state, and federal guidelines.
Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and survey teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the field of land surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble software for data collection, processing, and drafting.

Our AutoCAD Technician/Drafter will work closely with our talented team members to help bring each project to life, from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and editing engineering plans, subdivision maps, and other technical drawings within AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new engineering and land surveying drawings using provided templates and standards.
Create, modify, and update detailed civil engineering design elements (grading, drainage, utilities, etc.).
Incorporate land surveying points and data into engineering plans.
Edit existing drawings according to redline instructions from project engineers and land surveyors.
Produce and plot accurate engineering drawings for review and final submission.
Ensure all work adheres to company and industry standards for quality and precision.
