Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a diverse range of projects, including Sewer/Water/Storm Drain Master Plans, Municipal Projects, Commercial Developments, and Residential Subdivisions.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects meet established objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and contractors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and government officials, providing clear communication on both technical and non-technical project elements.
- Assist with project proposals, offering valuable input in planning, design, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and deliver successful outcomes on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on balancing competing project demands and constraints.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, contractors, and government agencies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with civil engineering design principles and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of local and state regulatory requirements related to civil engineering projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage projects from conception to completion.
